What do I need to bring?

We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, and a bottle of water. Towels are required for hygiene on the benches.

How long is a session?

Each session lasts 1 hour and includes access to both the sauna and the cold plunge.

Can I book as a group?

Yes! You can book as a group of 2–8 people. Whether you’re coming solo or with friends, you’ll have a private, shared space for your session.

Is it safe for everyone?

Contrast therapy (hot + cold) is safe for most people, but it does put stress on the body. If you have heart conditions, circulatory issues, are pregnant, or have any medical concerns, please consult your doctor before booking. You are responsible for assessing your own health before participating.

Do I need to be really fit to do this?

Not at all. People of all fitness levels use sauna and cold plunge therapy — from athletes speeding up recovery to those simply wanting to de-stress and recharge.
